Alizé Léhon trained at the Conservatoire National Supérieur de Musique et de Danse de Paris (CNSMDP) in the conducting class of Alain Altinoglu. She began her career as a conductor by collaborating with various French and international ensembles. Selected for the prestigious Malko International Conducting Competition in Copenhagen In April 2024, she conducted the Danish National Symphony Orchestra. That same year, she earned her Master’s degree with highest honors and unanimous distinction, and was awarded the Second Neeme Järvi Prize at the Gstaad Conducting Academy. In june 2025, she won the audition to become Assistant Conductor of the Orchestre National d’Île-de France. Over the next two seasons, she will assist the orchestra’s Music Directo, Case Scaglione.
As a guest conductor, Alizé has worked with renowned orchestras such as the National Symphony Orchestra of Ireland, Orchestre National des Pays de la Loire, Orchestre Philharmonique de l’Opéra de Nice, the Orchestre National de Cannes, Orchestre Colonne, Orchestre National de Metz Grand Est, Orchestre de Picardie, and Orchestre la Belle Image. She make her debut at the Théâtre du Châtelet in june 2025 with a new production of Stravinsky’s The Soldier’s Tale.

Versatile in repertoire, Alizé conducted the 2024 premiere of Aznavour Symphonique with singer Jules Grison, and led several performances of Piaf Symphonique alogside singer Isabelle Boulay.

She holds the French pedagogy State Diploma in Instrumental Ensemble Conducting from the CNSMDP, and wrote a research dissertation on music in prisons. In line with this work, she conducted a symphonic concert at the Paris-La Santé penitentiary center in January 2025. Since september 2023, she has led the DÉMOS Metz Moselle-Nord Orchestra as part of a three-year cycle.
In March 2023, she served as musical director for Leonard Bernstein’s West Side Story at the CNSMDP. Supported by students in vocal performance, music, dance, and sound engineering, this musical production was a first for the Conservatoire and was received with great enthusiasm by artists, audiences and critics alike.
Alizé has also worked as assistant conductor with prominent conductors such as Michael Schønwandt with the Orchestre Français des Jeunes, Alexandre Bloch with the Orchestre National de Lille, Michel Plasson with the Orchestre Philharmonique de Nice, Benjamin Levy with the Orchestre National de Cannes, and Mikko Franck with the Orchestre Philharmonique de Radio France.
Committed to working with amateur ensembles, Alizé has been Music Director of the Philarmonie du Choeur et Orchestre des Grandes Écoles (COGE) since January 2022. She has also conducted the Orchestre des Amateurs de la Philharmonie de Paris and collaborated with the Orchestre Impromptu on various projects including premieres by young composers, interdisciplinary performances combining music and dance, and outreac concerts.
In July 2023, she celebrated the ensemble’s 40th anniversary with a concert at the Radio France Auditorium, bringing together nearly 300 instrumentalists and choristers. In the 2023-2024 season, she also conducted the Philharmonie de Paris Amateur Orchestra, with a final concert at the Cité de la Musique. With the Orchestre Impromptu, she has been involved in various projects, including premieres of young composers, music and dance performances and outreach concerts.

The 2025-2026 season promises to be rich in projects : she will make her debut with the Musikkollegium Winterthur, Sinfonieorchester Basel, Opéra Orchestre National de Montpellier, Orchestre National Bordeaux Aquitaine, Orchestre National Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes, Ensemble Sable et Ciel, and the Opéra de Tours in The Abduction from the Seraglio. She will also return to conduct the Orchestre Colnne and the Orchestre National des Pays de la Loire.
