Alizé Léhon is a conductor recognised for her orchestral leadership and repertoire building as a music director, and for her clarity in demanding 20th-century repertoire. Trained at the Conservatoire National Supérieur de Musique et de Danse de Paris with Alain Altinoglu, she conducted the Danish National Symphony Orchestra at the Malko International Conducting Competition in 2024. She graduated her Master’s degree with highest honours and received the Second Neeme Järvi Prize at the Gstaad Conducting Academy.
In 2025 she was appointed Assistant Conductor of the Orchestre National d’Île-de-France (MD: Case Scaglione). Guest engagements include the National Symphony Orchestra of Ireland, Musikkollegium Winterthur, Sinfonieorchester Basel, Orchestre National de Montpellier Occitanie, Orchestre National Bordeaux Aquitaine, Orchestre National des Pays de la Loire, Orchestre National Auvergne Rhône-Alpes, Orchestre Philharmonique de l’Opéra de Nice, Orchestre National de Cannes and Orchestre Colonne. She also made her Théâtre du Châtelet debut with Stravinsky’s L’Histoire du soldat, and her highly acclaimed opera debut with Mozart’s Entführung aus dem Serail (French version) at Opéra de Tours.
Committed to ensemble building, she served for four years as Music Director of the Chœur et Orchestre des Grandes Écoles and of the DÉMOS Metz Moselle-Nord Orchestra. Her research on music in prison led to a symphonic concert at the Paris-La Santé penitentiary centre.
In 2026 she received the Victoires de la Musique Classique “Révélation Conductor” award and won 3rd Prize and the Generation Opera Prize at the La Maestra Competition, marking a new phase in her international trajectory.
